When up and running, the Emberglow Resort near Lake Pure, North Carolina will be an ultimate outdoor escape with a variety of lodging possibilities. Only a couple of hours drive from Charlotte, here, you will be able to stay in tiny houses, treehouses, yurts, camping tents, campers, dome homes and more!

Tim Murphy, a local resident who longed for a nice and spacious campground within a reasonable distance from Charlotte, is building the resort. The idea is to create an ultimate place to enjoy outdoors comfortably at a facility where you have endless lodging options. If luxury is your taste, you can check into a treehouse complete with all amenities or if you want to just lay under the stars, you can opt for a tent as an option.

Tim says visitors could even bring along their RVs, park them in the campus, and enjoy the common areas and facilities. Some of the on-campus facilities would include a swimming pool, volleyball courts, a community fire pit for bonfires, free Wi-Fi and a dog park to go out on a stroll with your pooch.

Additionally, there will be plenty of on-site amenities to entertain guests, however, one can also explore outdoor activities and attractions nearby the Lake Lure.

One would be able to enjoy at the waterfront restaurants and Chimney Rock State Park, take zipline tours, ride horses, walk in the apple orchards and golf course and do much more.

The Emberglow Resort is slated to be opened in Fall 2019.
