Gone are the days when entertainment was restricted to binge-watching on TV screens. A transition has given birth to ultra short throw (UST) projectors that cast larger than life displays while sitting close to the screen, so there is no visual hinderance in your living space. Making a buzz for the better of fans of UST laser projectors, Epson has unveiled EpiqVision Ultra LS650 Smart Streaming Laser Projector that promises immersive experience with its exceptional 4K PRO-UHD picture quality.

Set to make its debut in September 2023, this UST projector comes with built-in zoom lens to let you adjust projected picture size between 60-inches to 120-inches. The projector eliminates strong glare common with flat panel TVs, and with the use of 3-chip 3LCD technology, it produces clear and colorful images even in brightly lit rooms.

Giving a twist to the conventional use of an external media streamer, EpiqVision Ultra LS650 features built-in Android TV and suppors Google Assitant that eases navigation when streaming popular apps. The projector is braced with Yahama’s 2.1 virtual robust surround sound system and allows you to preset the projector for all your TV, Sports, Movies, and Music escapades.

The concealed speakers maximize sound transparency and minimize overall distortion. When not serving as a projector, EpiqVision Ultra LS650 can be used as a speaker by connecting it to a smartphone or a tablet over Bluetooth. To enhance the front-row seat experience to all the action for you, Epson provide Ambient Light Rejecting (ALR) screens to use with the EqipVision Ultra LS650 in both 100- and 120-inch sizes.

While the price for the Epson’s new ultra short throw projector is only to be announced in fall, 2023, we assume the Epson EpiqVision Ultra LS650 will give a stiff competition its compatriot the EpiqVision LS800.
