Relatively new in the industry, Italian design company Vero has launched a versatile outdoor furniture collection for public and private spaces. It features a wide range of furniture pieces in a three-part series by Swiss-German duo Hannes & Fritz, Canadian designer Jamie Wolfond, and Copenhagen-based designer Thomas Woltmann.

First in Vero’s furniture collection is ‘HongKong’ series by Hannes & Fritz, which includes a chair, two tables with a glass top, a bench, and a stool that stand out for their industrial characteristics. Inspired by the Hong Kong’s stainless steel front door gates in front of old residential buildings, the collection revels in simple steel profile that has sleek bars arranged at the angle of 45 degree.

The Hongkong collection is revered as the brand’s inaugural outdoor furniture series, for formal and casual outdoor settings. It is crafted from powder coated stainless steel in satin finish for a refined look and the use of quality materials make the pieces sustainable and durable.

Second part of the collection is a bookshelf, dubbed Woven. Designed by Jamie Wolfond, the product was born out of a happy accident. Initially, it was meant to be something else, but the designer mistakenly cut one of the joinery pieces upside down making it impossible to assemble. Therefore as a solution, he joined the pieces together like a puzzle without using glue or any permanent solution. Result is a furniture with wooden pieces woven together forming an intricate grid pattern.

The shelf is made from blockboard wood, flamed ash veneer, and Canaletto walnut veneer and finished in painted front edges that stand in vibrant contrast with wooden planks. Available in different sizes and finishes, it can be used as a bookshelf or as a decorative spot for different items. Perfect for domestic and commercial settings, it is functional and adapts to various needs of the users.

The last in the collection is Wave, which includes a stool and a bench, designed by Thomas Woltmann. The curvy shape brings a sense of tranquility and hugs the contours of the seater. The bench has a continuous wavy pattern on the seat that mirrors the gentle waves of ocean and appears to be an extension of the stool.

Designed in Denmark and made in Italy, it is crafted in solid ash wood and protected with matte finish. It is available in an eclectic light ash, dark ash, green, and blue color.

Each piece in this furniture collection is adept in infusing any private or public space with timeless beauty, colors, and playful vibe.
