GP club is an ultra-luxury member-only gas station in Connecticut

Most of the gas stations are thought of as a boring place, and are hardly ever known for their aesthetics, but the forgotten tradition of designing gas stations with architectural lavishness is now being revived with a luxurious four-storey gas station in Connecticut. Guess Corporation has taken responsibility to construct the ultra-luxury gas station building with its own water park, steakhouse, and a clothing boutique to transform it into an amusing place for members coming to refuel their vehicles.

This project is a part of the renowned chain ‘GP Clubs’ where you can get gas only if you are a member of the club. So you have to ante up a certain amount as membership fee to refill gas and access lavish amenities such as business center, meeting rooms, hotel suites, a hair salon, a medical clinic and a convenience store. There will be a personal attendant to refuel your car while you shop around.

According to Fox61, you must have physical property worth $50 million to join the club. You will be given a platinum-plated membership card that is valid in GP Clubs of US or use it internationally. Moreover, you will be given 24 hour emergency roadside assistance and 24/7 travel concierge service.

This ultra-luxury gas station is unique but is useful for people with a lot of money. Till now, 250 GP clubs have been planned worldwide and at least two such gas stations in a state.
