You remember Raptor XC? The rugged and roomy trailer that sleeps four people within its aluminum shell. Well, the expandable camper now has a baby brother. Hunter Nature has quietly unveiled Raptor X, a 16.6-foot-long trailer with a slide-out bedroom. In addition, the trailer is awash with a kitchen, dinette, and a living room, together making the most of the limited available space. And if you aren’t impressed with that, the Raptor X actually sleeps five people.

Even tiny homes measuring 30-40 feet in length struggle to snuggle a family of five, but not Hunter Nature. The Turkish trailer manufacturer has the space sorted. Its latest trailer’s interior comprises 150×191 cm slide-out bed that pulls out into the living room, contrary to the Raptor XC, where one could pull the extension outwards.

In addition to sleeping two people in the slide-out bedroom, the trailer also accommodates a kid in the bunk below. Dare I not forget the dinette encompassed by a sofa, which when not utilized as the living room can also serve as a makeshift bedroom. Long story short, Raptor X not only houses a family of five but comes loaded with key furnishing and appliances.

Some of these include an adjustable table with a storage box, a shoe rack, a myriad of shelves, a kitchen with a sink and a gas stove, a refrigerator, a stainless steel shower with a sink, and a composting toilet. Shockingly, all this is cramped inside of a 6.7-foot wide shell made of aluminum with XPS insulation inside. Raptor X also includes 140 liters of fresh water tank and 80 liters of gray water tank.

Mounted on a steel chassis, the trailer features an independent suspension to handle little off-roading excursions. Another intriguing aspect of the Raptor X is its lift-pop roof. It comes capped with 420W solar panels supplying power to the appliances. Additional features include mosquito net lifting roof and doors, which I believe is necessary when camping in the wild.
