The Josephine tiny house transforms a simple rental staycation into a luxurious cedar hideaway designed for a couple. Built by Netherland-based Josephine Tiny Houses, the micro-dwelling offers a surreal sensory reconnection in a fairytale-style eco-cabin enveloped by lush greenery. Located in a quaint, rural part of Zeeland, the glazed-fronted design of the tiny house offers panoramic views of the gorgeous landscapes. It allows you to experience tiny house living without a full-time commitment.

The natural materiality gives the tiny house a lovely camouflage, helping it quietly disappear into the flourishing landscape. The modern, rustic cabin-style exterior clad in warm cedar slats features a clean silhouette. It makes the tiny house look like a high-end functional art piece tucked beneath giant poplar trees. The tiny house provides autonomy through an off-grid system that includes solar power, gas power, and self-sufficient water management.

Its sustainable architecture has beautifully framed whimsical windows on the side and front. These provide views of the natural setting from the kitchen and bedroom while flooding the interior with an abundance of natural light. The real boutique-like charm of the tiny house comes from the hand-painted Josephine signature branding, lending it a gorgeous artisanal feel.

The Josephine tiny sits on a 215-square-foot cedar terrace, expanding the living space and merging it with the outdoors. It forms an outdoor living zone where you can sit and relax, admiring the stunning hues of sunset and greenery. A fire pit and a barbecue facility further enhance the outdoor experience. You can sit on the rustic seating on the terrace or relax on the lounge chairs on the grass; it’s totally up to you.

The large glazed door opens into the cozy, modern interior. It has an open-floor layout with 140 square feet of indoor space where each zone naturally flows into the next. The interior emphasizes an organic aesthetic in raw wood cladding. It features a fully functional kitchenette and a comfortable seating area that doubles as a dining area with a table in the center.

The wooden ladder leads to the loft bedroom, which frames views of the landscape and beautiful sky through the porthole window. The fairy-style kitchenette, in the middle of the living space, has open shelves instead of traditional cupboards that maintain the airy feel. The wood-burning stove acts as a central feature, warming up the entire space. The private bathroom, hidden behind the sliding wooden door and wood-burning stove, has a spacious shower room and a dry toilet.

The Josephine tiny house is a rental accommodation perfect for a romantic glamping experience for couples. Its cozy interior and rustic, modern exterior transform a tiny house into a sustainable nest where you share warmth and a deeper emotional connection with your partner, far away from noisy, stressful city life. You can rent it for 195€ (approximately $225) per night to experience the local lifestyle in a refreshing environment.

Warm yourselves with fire pit while lunging comfortably.
