Located on the world’s second largest barrier reef, Villa on Dunbar Rock is a private island dive resort situated on the island of Guanaja, Bay Islands. This one-of-a-kind resort in the middle of an expansive coral reef is a 15,000-square-foot villa perched on a rock. Surrounded by crystal clear water and mesmerizing Mesoamerican barrier reef, the villa offers a mystical stay of a lifetime for the tourists.

The four-floor villa consists of eight luxurious suites offering four-star accommodation, an oceanfront infinity pool, bar, a heliport, dining room and a small private beach; making it an ideal getaway destination for those who want to enjoy private island holiday. Designed to provide a breathtaking view of the ocean, each suite has its own private balcony that lets you enjoy fresh sea air.

The gathering area is a perfect place to enjoy quality time with friends and family while enjoying refreshing drinks at pool bar. If you are not a social person, then porch swings and hammocks offers you the chance to enjoy drinks while admiring nature at its best.

Apart from tranquil view of nature, this villa has something more for everyone. The Villa on Dunbar Rock has its own fully equipped and PADI certified instructors and diving centers that guide tourist who want to enjoy underwater beauty. The villa offers plenty of outdoor activity too like swimming, snorkeling, sea kayaking and rappelling.

Dunbar rock is just ten-minute boat ride from the nearby Guanaja Airport and offers seven nights stay costing $837 for the simple available rooms. However the villa also have private villa rental scheme in which by paying $30,000; you can bring along maximum 16 guests, to have a perfect family getaway.
