At Milan Furniture Fair 2015, French fashion house Louis Vuitton has showcased their new collection Objets Nomades, which started way back in 2012. For this travel-inspired project Louis Vuitton has commissioned nine renowned and upcoming designers to create unique foldable furniture and travel accessories that express the luxury brand’s signature style and aesthetic.

The list of designers includes Patricia Urquiola, Atelier Oï, Barber & Osgerby, Nendo, Campana Brothers, Gwenaël Nicolas, Raw Edges, Damien Langlois-Meurinne and Maarten Baas. Together these brilliant designers have created an exceptional range that comprises of 16 distinct pieces of furniture and accessories such as armchair, hammock, beach chair, folding stool, foldable bed, surface lamps, ceiling decor, etc.

Design of this collection elegantly boasts mixture of leather, braiding, strapping and puncturing techniques that make each piece exclusive to the popular fashion brand. Each object from the lineup not only reflects superior design and material quality, but also serves practical usage. However, only filthy rich could afford such extravagant furniture.
