As 2023 culminates, I decided to hark back at some of the best tiny homes we came across this year. Whether it is Purple Heart Manor tiny house by Acorn Tiny Homes, Eucalyptus by Baluchon, or the Settler tiny house by Hauslein Tiny House Co, every single one of these micro dwellings left us in awe of their design and its construction. So I decided to scour the internet for one final time this year to see if our team at Homecrux missed any peach of a dwelling, whilst being busy with a range of events lined up during the whole year. And boy, I came across the 32ft Monarch Lux tiny house that I wanted to bring to your attention.
Measuring 32 feet long, the Monarch Lux is the successor of the Monarch tiny house designed by Greenwood Tiny Homes. The tiny home measures 8.5 feet wide and offers 385 square feet of living space inside. The mobile habitat is fully insulated with ‘Rockwool & Spray Foam Insulation’ and boasts an LP Smart-siding exterior with wood accents. The tiny house is furnished with ten white framed windows and dual skylights that bring the outdoors in.
A full-glass entry door welcomes you inside the home featuring a raised bedroom, loft bedroom, gourmet kitchen, luxurious bathroom, and many other features. However, the key highlight of the home is the Entertainment System which comprises a projector, powered drop-down screen, and in-ceiling speaker, hence making the home a mobile cinema of wheels too.
The interior features birch walls that are painted white, stained tongue, and groove ceiling, while the bathroom is adorned with luxury vinyl tile flooring. Then we have furnishings like oak butcher block countertops and solid flip-up side tables that not only add aesthetic to the kitchen space but also add functionality to the home. The kitchen of the tiny house also includes a stainless steel drop-in sink, custom-built cabinets, and a myriad of appliances.

The bathroom features a tiled shower with a glass door, a standard toilet, a butcher block on a custom-built vanity, and a bathtub. As aforementioned, the tiny home includes two bedrooms that sleep four people combined. With all these features, we expect the Monarch Lux tiny house to cost well above $120,000K.
