The tiny house movement is taking over everyone. The mini abodes are practical, affordable, generally sustainable and can be portable, enough for enthusiasts to go downsizing.

People are building their own mini homes or buying pre-built structures – Weizhengheng tiny house by China’s Wzhgroup for instance. This prefab, flat pack, solar-powered tiny house is for sale on Amazon for under $24,000.

The simple modular container with energy-saving air conditioner and solar and wind power systems on the roof is perhaps one of the most exciting buys on Amazon. It is not eligible for Amazon Prime though, you’ll need to pay $1,000 as shipping charges.

The interior of the prefabricated house features a kitchen with pull-out dining table, a bathroom complete with shower and toilet, a bedroom and comes with a remote control that allows the house’s hydraulic system to expand or fold up.

This environmentally friendly tiny house is custom built to order, so before you order it, contact the sellers for size and shipping details.

Weizhengheng tiny house looks practical and comfortable but it might not be that much friendly to your wallet. Given that it would have to set up on a foundation and water supply, sewage line and other installation costs might burn a hole in your purse.
