Every environmentally conscious wine lover should know the value of a barrel along with the drink. There are multiple ways to reuse old, unused wine barrels, however, you may have never crossed paths with something as ingenious as this wine barrel dog house by California-based Barrel 33. Either an American or French oak wine barrel is transformed into a stylish bed for a doggo.

The wine barrel sits horizontally on a wooden base to ensure stability. There is a generously sized door for a dog to enter and sleep on the mattress placed inside. The upper and lower segments of the wine barrel have been carved with mini windows in the shape of dog paws that are a perfect addition to this unique pet furniture piece.

The wine barrel dog house is available for purchase at the official website and also on Etsy for $450. It is built to order only in Big Bear, CA.

Customers have the option to choose custom colors and designs. Any wine lover and a dog parent would proudly display a contraption like this outside or inside their house.
