The latest example is that of a $100K Ruby tiny house on wheels.
Measuring 34 feet long and 8.6 feet wide, the tiny house offers 368 square feet of space. The exterior of the home is finished in painted LP smartside lap siding, while the interior boasts vertical wood paneling. We can spot laminate flooring throughout the main floor and lofts, while a metal roof caps the entire structure.
A single full-length glass exterior door welcomes you inside the home. The interior features a living area equipped with a sofa, a small table, and a pouf. Adjacent is the fully functional kitchen accoutered with full-depth cabinets with soft closing drawers. The countertop incorporates a single ceramic apron front kitchen sink alongside a Furrion RV propane oven and cooktop with a hood fan above.
The butcher block veneer countertops face a cabinet that houses a stainless electric fridge. Not to mention, a breakfast bar nearby, which can be utilized as a workspace when required. The tiny house features three bedrooms in total, two of which are located in the loft section, while one is placed on the main floor.

The main-floor bedroom sleeps two people, while the loft sleeps three combined. One of the lofts is accessed via a storage-integrated staircase, while the other loft which is ideal for kids can be reached through a ladder.
Furthermore, the $100K Ruby tiny house features a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and vanity. The micro dwelling is currently on the market for $98,963 (roughly $100K), which is worth it once you have a glance at the facilities.
