Springbrook Tiny House Employs Reverse Loft to Create Multipurpose Space Below

The Springbrook tiny house is for people who love to enjoy nature from the comfort of the house. Built by Australia-based construction company, LJM Tiny Homes, the tiny house offers an unobstructed indoor-outdoor connectivity. One of the highlighting feature of the Springbrook is a reverse loft with a multifunctional space below that makes for an additional bedroom, office space, dining space, and more. With such versatility, it can house up to four people.

It measures 23 feet long and 14 feet high. The exterior features MGP12 framed pine walls and ceiling, gable roof line, colorbond roof and flashings, and colorbond cladding in mixed with cedar paneling boards. There are Dowell windows with aluminum lining, a double glass panel sliding door, and fly screen on all sliding doors and windows to keep the bugs away.

The interior of this tiny house has an inviting aura and is well-furnished for a full-time living. The walls and ceilings are fully insulated, lined with VJ panel boards. There is a kitchen, a bathroom, a reverse loft, and a loft bedroom.

When you enter the house, a wide and beautiful space welcomes you. Where on one side there is an elevated living room with a cozy couch, a coffee table, and windows all around for a breathtaking view of the outdoors. It is a sun-kissed space, perfect to relax and unwind with a picture-perfect view of nature outside. The space is accessed via a short flight of stairs. There is also a multifunctional space below that can be used as an additional bedroom, kid’s room, a Japanese-style dining space, office space, movie room, and more.

On the other side, there is a cozy dining setup to share warm meals with loved ones. Nearby is the kitchen with a countertop, a sink, drawers, cabinets, pull-out pantry, and storage under the stairs. For the appliances, there is a cooktop, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a chimney.

Adjacent is the bathroom with a shower, a washer/dryer unit, a vanity sink, a toilet, and a door leading you out to the outdoors. The space is functional and well-fitted with all the bathroom essentials. The loft bedroom above the bathroom is reachable via storage-integrated stairs from the kitchen.

It is a cozy room equipped with a drop-down walkway, full-standing wardrobe, a king-size mattress, and windows on both sides for better light and connectivity with the outdoors, and a skylight. For privacy, it is enclosed by a wall.

The Springbrook tiny house is an endearing abode that seamlessly brings nature inside and gives you a chance to live a quiet and simple life in a comfortable and modern space. To maximize functionality, it is outfitted with gas hot water system, light fixtures throughout, smoke detectors, and power points. The house is available in two versions Lock-Up and Turn-Key, and three lengths, and a lot more customization options.
