Whether you are looking for a mobile home office, a vacation home, or your first permanent house, the Taunus Tiny House by German-based manufacturer Berghaus Tiny House is the perfect pick. Redefining space with versatile functionality and clever layout, Taunus tiny house is a 21.6-foot-long mobile dwelling.

The tiny house on wheels is named after the Taunus mountain range located in the north-west of Frankfurt. The name means flexibility and the model lives up to its name. Built on a double-axle trailer, the house has a steel and thermal pine exterior. A French door opens into the spacious interior clad in spruce wood.

A myriad of huge windows allows natural light and outside views to pour in, making it a perfect home on the road. While downsizing, the clever use of limited space becomes imperative which Taunus does exceptionally.

A compact kitchen sits opposite the entrance. It features an integrated kitchenette with cupboards drawers and storage space, a sink, an electric stove and oven, a range hood, a refrigerator, and a washer-dryer unit tucked under the countertop.

Next to the kitchen, the living room area has plenty of space to put down a convertible sofa with a television on the opposite wall. Here a big window covers the entire width of the wall, while a smaller one is opposite the sofa area. This space can also be divided by a glass wall with a sliding door and used as a home office.

On the opposite end of the house is the bathroom. It comes equipped with a cabin rain shower, a vanity sink, and a flush toilet. Overhead is the loft bedroom that can be accessed via a ladder-style removable staircase. There is also a closet with hooks on top to secure the ladder. The loft bedroom has a low ceiling and can sleep two with ease. There is no window in the loft so it might feel a bit stuffy.

Nonetheless, the Taunus tiny house has a stunning interior with enough flexibility to serve a small family or a travel-loving couple.

Listening to her grandmother weaving nighttime tales to penning down her own thoughts, Priya developed a penchant for stories and their origin early in her childhood. Soon she began getting lost in the world of paintings and books. After her master's in literature, she started writing copiously on diverse topics including architecture, interior design trends, and home improvement while learning the ropes of copyediting. Reading novels, painting, and baking are her favorites on her long list of hobbies. She also loves to travel, meet new people, learn about different cultures, and listen to stories.
