Teacup Tiny Homes, based out of Lethbridge, Canada designs and builds design-savvy tiny homes customized and equipped to personal tastes and needs. Its founder Jennifer McCarthy and team have realized many personalized tiny homes to date and offer many different models including the most exciting one called “The Phoenix.”

It is a 34-foot long and 8-foot 6-inches wide tiny house on wheels that offers a total of 303-square-feet living space. The exterior design is simple with wood cladding and a black metal roof. There is a cozy living room with a fireplace, a U-shaped kitchen, a spacious bathroom with a 4-foot shower, two loft bedrooms, exterior storage, and even a built-in pet house. Its interior design can accommodate a family of four comfortably.

The Phoenix tiny house on wheels is distinguished by its unique design that features an overhanging loft on the front. It’s a cantilevered-style structure that helps increase headroom in the loft bedroom while minimizing the overall weight of the tiny house.

The cost for building the Phoenix starts at about $141,000 (which is a tad on the higher side) but those interested in custom tiny homes can connect with Teacup Tiny Homes.
