It all started with us ordering pizza and burgers online and eventually graduated to buying gadgets, outfits, and daily-use items in a short span of time. I am talking about the evolution of online shopping which is now entrenched in virtually every facet of our life. So much so, that we can now actually buy a house for ourselves with the mere click of a mouse. Speaking of which, Amazon is selling a $12k tiny house that doubles as an outdoor studio.

Dubbed Colonial Gable Greenhouse by the Little Cottage Company, the tiny house measures 16 feet long and 10 feet wide. The tiny home can be availed as a kit and later assembled into a full-fledged home. It features panelized wall sections that save time in putting together, while a fully illustrated manual would help you assemble the remaining pieces, so you can design your dream tiny home. The kit also includes LP SmartSide Trim & Siding that is Primed and ready for paint.

A number of functioning windows and transom windows are included in the pack depending on the building size you order. These windows allow the interior space to be airy and bright. Coming on to the interior, Amazon provides shelves and rods for hanging baskets, in case you want to turn this home into a garden shed.

Being spacious and storage-friendly, it can either be used as an outdoor studio or a home office. For that to happen, you’d be required to buy your own furnishings, appliances and even finish the interior, and manage plumbing and electricity on your own. In case you are not up for the challenge, use this home as a garden shed or a chicken coop, the options are plenty.

A ‘colonial Dutch door’ welcomes you inside the house, while ‘Corrugated polycarbonate roofing’ keeps you protected from rain, snow, and adverse weather conditions. It is to be noted that the floor kit does not come included in the pack, so you’d need to construct your own foundation. Priced at $12,129 the tiny home is the perfect ADU you’d want to adorn your garden with.
