Georgia-based home builder, Dragon Tiny Homes, is known for its quality micro-dwellings at affordable prices. Sticking to the inexpensive side of the industry, the manufacturer provides compact abodes with every amenity of a traditional home. The Vista tiny house by Dragon Tiny Homes is a beautiful 24-foot-long mobile dwelling that packs two lofts in its small façade. Built on a double-axle trailer, the tiny house measures 8.5-foot-wide and 13.5-foot-high, giving ample movement and design flow.

Dotted with big windows, the interior of the micro-dwelling is flush with natural light. The front glass door opens into the tiny kitchen, which is downsized to the bare essentials. It includes a built-in cooktop, a stainless steel sink, and space for a fridge. There are a handful of cabinets to stash groceries and cookware.

Adjacent is the bathroom. It is tucked behind a wooden barn door and features a shower stall, a vanity sink, and a toilet. Above the bathroom, a secondary loft bedroom is designed. Accessible via a removable ladder, the loft has a metal railing and can fit a queen-size bed. There is one window and a bump-out to add a television or a small cabinet.

Past the kitchen, the open-floor living room is equipped with a built-in couch, storage staircase, and space for a coffee table and an entertainment unit. The couch can be swapped for a sofa bed to accommodate guests if required.

The main loft bedroom is above the living room and has metal railing on both sides. It fits a king-size bed and a couple of nightstands. The tiny house sleeps four to six people and is perfect for a small family or a travel-loving couple.

Pricing for the Vista tiny house starts at $74,900, which is a bargain in times when even the tiny houses are going for $100,000 and $200,000. The builder offers plenty of customization options as well to suit your individual needs.
