Ever dreamed of owning a private island in your favorite location? Well, your dream is about to come true, as Christie’s International Real Estate is offering the world’s first portable private islands for $12.5 million (rumored price per island). These floating residences are entitled as Amillarah Private Islands, which are self-sufficient and eco-friendly with no negative impact on its surroundings.

Christie’s along with its partner Dutch Docklands will be bringing these luxurious residential properties, which are not only aesthetically appealing, but can be tailor-made as per customer’s preferences. Yes, you read that right. It’s the first time when full-customization option is available to customers to design size, shape and style of their dream island.

This means according to your wishes you can create your own sustainable getaway including swimming pool, spa or other recreational facilities. Not only that, but the clients can also relocate their personal island to their favorite location say: Maldives, Dubai and Miami. So, you can take your island to a place connected with mainland or simply to a remote location for escaping the world.

The company is already developing 10 properties in Maldives, 33 islands in Dubai and 30 islands in Miami. So if you’ve got bank account flowing with cash, you can book one for yourself from the Christie’s official website.
