Created by Tasmania-based builder Little Latitude Homes, this 31ft tiny house on wheels offers comfort of a traditional home in a compact package. It has a single-level layout, where everything is cleverly designed to be spacious. It increases the practicality of the design by adding walkthrough bathroom and a storage loft.

The exterior of this micro-dwelling flaunts timber framing and a zincalume slanted roof. It has multiple aluminum glazed windows that not only offer connectivity with the outdoors, but pour in natural light and fresh air as well. Walking indoors, the birch plywood floor and Tasmanian oak tongue & grove ceiling will have you in awe. The white walls go well with the ceiling and the floor, giving cottage vibe.

Inside, you will find a light-filled living space with a storage-integrated sofa, a coffee table, and a moveable ottoman. The generous amount of Tasmanian oak trim and shelves adds an earthy touch to the space. There are hooks to hang caps, jackets and other to-go items in this space.

Moving on from the living space, there is a compact kitchen. While compact, it has a functionality of a regular kitchen. It features a countertop, birch plywood cabinetry and drawers to keep all the kitchen items inside and keep the kitchen clutter free. The appliances include a cooktop, refrigerator, oven, space for dishwasher and washing machine, and a ceiling fan to keep things cool. Furthermore, the floating shelves high up on the wall leading from the kitchen to the living space is a clever way to extend storage without the need to take up any floor space.

The walkthrough bathroom is adjacent to the living space. It is enclosed by a sliding door and has a toilet, a shower, and a vanity sink. To keep toiletries, a shelf offers generous space to keep essentials within reach.

From the bathroom, you can go to the bedroom with a queen-size bed. It is integrated with a shelf, two bedside tables, and reading lights. To keep the floor clean and tidy, you can store things in the storage loft above the bathroom.

This 31ft tiny house offers a living space full of comfort, without compromising on quality. It also offers many off-grid features like an air head waterless toilet, solar panels to power 12v LED lights, and diesel heater. The builder also provides an on-demand hot water and water pump. This tiny house can serve as a full-time residence, a vacation rental, or a guest house out in the backyard.
