I didn’t know much about Häuslein, until I covered one of their toy haulers last year. Despite measuring 26 feet long and eight feet wide, the Australian tiny house company successfully managed a cozy living space and storage for your mountain bike and surfboards in its off-grid hauler, which left me impressed.

However, the Aussie tiny house builder is not renowned for trailers or toy haulers, it rather expertises in making high-end tiny houses. I am bringing this up because just hours ago, Häuslein dropped its brand-new tiny house model and it looks absolutely gorgeous inside out.

Dubbed Luna, the beautiful dwelling is designed for a couple or for loners who love spending time in the wilderness. Boasting the highest quality materials in its build, the tiny house will age well and last for generations. Built on a durable galvanized, heavy-duty trailer chassis, the tiny house has durable black aluminum windows and doors with SP10 SmartGlass that adds to the overall look and aesthetic of the house.

The tiny house is really comfortable, courtesy of a bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom all based on the ground floor. The tiny house measuring 27 feet long (approx.) is devoid of a loft or stairs making it easy for you to navigate around. While on the exterior, the termite-resistant timber frames boast a gorgeous appearance, the internal walls come lined with birch plywood sheets.

The maker gives you an option whether you want to “clad exterior in Lunawood or Western Red Cedar paired with COLORBOND® Surfmist or Monument.” Leaving customization aside, you can enter the home via a double glass door that welcomes you to the gorgeous living room of the Luna tiny house. The living room is quite spacious and features a sofa for you to sit and relax, while you watch your favorite television program on the wall-mounted television. You can even lie down on the sofa and read books in the light of an adjacent floor lamp.

Placed next to the opening door is the small solid oak dining table. It comes paired with two chairs that make it suitable for a couple to dine and wine together. I really like how Häuslein has put up a window over the dining area, hence allowing natural light to enter inside to liven up the space.

Clever and neat design are the epitome of Luna as Häuslein makes the most of every inch of the tiny house, yet manages to keep it tidy and spacious. Next to the dining space is the kitchen section of the tiny home. Offering a high level of functionality with generous storage, the kitchen features all the necessities of a living.

It has a number of appliances and accessories ranging from a large brass sink, electric induction stove top, two burner cooktop, and a full 340L fridge to a convection oven and air fryer. In addition, there is also space for housing a full-size washing machine or washer/dryer. There is no dearth of storage in the tiny house and Luna has plenty of cabinets and storage solutions to stack your utensils and house other appliances.

Next, we have the bathroom of the tiny house that includes a standard flush toilet, a shower with a glass door alongside a white matte ceramic basin, and a shelf above the toilet. On the opposite end of the toilet is the bedroom of the Luna. Ideal for sleeping two people, it features a double bed and a few cabinets alongside shelves to store books and other essentials.

The Luna tiny house is estimated to cost around $125,400, so if you are a couple looking to go tiny, I’d highly recommend you to knock on the doors of Häuslein tiny house.
