Have you ever surfed the internet and come across a tiny home that is too beautiful to be true? I am pretty sure there must be hundreds of such examples where you would have assumed a dwelling to be AI-generated. But trust me when I say that Turkish tiny house brand Muttiny House is on a mission to design and manufacture luxury tiny houses that one would easily mistake for an AI-generated render. Case in point, the Fi-Ra tiny house on wheels, which comes poised on a triple-axle trailer.
Measuring 32 feet long and 10 feet wide, the Muttiny Fi-Ra is a compact, well-designed home that fits everything a modern household needs into a surprisingly small frame. The biggest USP of the Fi-Ra tiny house is its exterior profile, which is clean and contemporary, with sharp architectural lines and a modern finish that sets it apart from traditional tiny houses on wheels.
To start with the exterior, the Muttiny Fi-Ra tiny house features a full-height glass facade integrated within an A-frame timber layout. It is complemented by large rectangular glass panes that are built into the upper sections of both elevated wings. Combined, these windows pull natural light deep into the interior to make it airy and light-filled.
Inside, the tiny house boasts plenty of space, much of which is dedicated to the living room and the bathroom. As detailed on the brand’s website, the ground floor covers 269 square feet, and with the loft levels, the total usable area reaches 441 square feet.
The tiny house includes a living room that sits at the centre. It is equipped with a sofa, a coffee table, and a television unit. The maker offers optional add-ons like a projector and screen or a Bluetooth speaker panel with four built-in speakers to make it a proper space for relaxing.
Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen. Muttiny House offers two kitchen layouts. Buyers can choose between a straight five-cabinet configuration or an L-shaped island model. Both options can be fitted with a two- or four-burner hob, an oven, an extractor hood, a sink, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. Other features include barstools that can be added alongside the island. Similar to the living room, the kitchen comes with add-ons like a dining table with four chairs.

There is no main-floor bedroom in the dwelling, hence sleeping arrangements are handled across the loft levels, keeping the ground floor free for communal spaces. The loft is accessed via a staircase, which surprisingly isn’t storage-integrated. The loft bedroom can be outfitted with a bedside unit and bed frame, while a separate bunk bed option makes the Fi-Ra tiny house a workable choice for families with children. I am unsure how Muttiny House accommodates six people in its loft, which is why I presume it boasts massive Movable Roots-style bedrooms.
Elsewhere is the bathroom, which comes with a bathtub, shower cabin, toilet, and vanity sink. As a standard in tiny homes, the Fi-Ra tiny house garners power from an RV-style hookup. There is no word on the price of the tiny house, but with amenities so luxe, I expect the cost to be well-above $200,000.
