Chateau Chair Inspired by Hexagonal Shape is a Geometric Genius

Chairs are the connoisseurs of comfort and we have been gourmandizing you with multiple options. Be it the Gallery Department’s Debord Denim Swivel Chair that will make the interior look posh or the Wooden Dancing Chair made from birch or walnut that wiggles full circle. This time we bring to you the Chateau Chair, which is on display at the Salone Del Mobile 2021; it presents a wonderful addition to your living room and even the office.

The Chateau chair is a study of the modular quality of hexagonal shapes found in nature. Being hexagonal in shape, the base of the chair is made of solid wood available in mahogany and dark walnut.

The faceted design is the prime feature of the chair by Atelier de Troupe, an LA-based studio. The faceted design creates a striking profile that reveals two plush cushions on approach. The geometry innovation involved in making the chair highlights the contemporary design of the furniture.

However, on a disappointing note, the fabric swatch won’t be available with the chair and 6″ x 6″ fabric swatch is required for approval prior to production. Nevertheless, the chair still looks elegant and can be a great addition to your office or home living.

The chair is completely handmade and will match your decor no matter where you place it. The Chateau chair is 85cm in diameter while it stands at 74.9 cm high. The chair is currently priced at $9,400 and is available through Atelier de Troupe.
