Hanging eucalyptus leaves beside a showerhead, away from the stream of the water, is termed as a eucalyptus shower. The basic idea is to take benefits of eucalyptus oil extracted from leaves with heat rising from the stream of the water. As soon as you jump into the shower, it releases magnificent natural oils and fragrance, which gradually get inside your body through breathing. A eucalyptus shower is claimed to treat muscle aches, skin diseases, cough, cold, flu, and other respiration problems.

If you also want to benefit from the magical plant by making just a small addition to your shower room, read on. It is an easy as pie.

  • Get four to five branches of eucalyptus with fresh leaves.
  • Bind them up in a bunch using hemp or natural string.
  • Attach this bunch nearby the showerhead. Make sure to maintain a significant distance. Don’t put the leaves in direct contact with the hot water stream.
  • Next, jump into the soaking tub and enjoy a scented shower to reap health benefits of eucalyptus.
