I am in awe of Handcrafted Movement tiny houses. The Tennessee-based tiny house company ensures that its micro-dwellings are elegant outside and highly exquisite inside as well. One such home from the Handcrafted Movement gallery that caught my attention today is the Greyton Beach tiny house on wheels. Built on a triple-axle trailer, the tiny house measures 28 feet long and 8.5 feet wide, making it possible to sleep six people in a three-bedroom interior.

The tiny house exterior is finished in board and batten siding with Pacific cedar accents, while the interior is painted all-white and comes outfitted with hardwood flooring. Just like the Cadence tiny house, a 9 lite door welcomes you inside the house. Upon entering, you’ll see a living room that looks really lavish.

Equipped with a fireplace, television, sofa, and floating shelves, the living room is a cozy and comfy place to chill and indulge in binge-watching. Then we have a couple of sleeping lofts, both accessed via a ladder. The lofts further come equipped with a nightstand lamp each, while windows help keep the loft bright during the day.

Underneath one of the lofts lies the bathroom of the tiny house. Featuring a toilet, fiberglass shower, a vanity, and storage, the bathroom is pretty akin to that of a regular home.

The second loft lies above the downstairs flex area. Ideally functioning as a main-floor bedroom, the space can even be utilized as a home office. It features a double bed that sleeps a couple of people and accouters some floating shelves to house decorative items and nitty-gritty essentials. The main-floor bedroom is separated from the rest of the space via a sliding barn door.

Any house is incomplete without a kitchen. In the case of the Greyton Beach tiny house, the kitchen is simple yet functional. It has oak butcher block kitchen countertops, an array of built-in storage cubbies, cabinets, and closets alongside a range of appliances, a four-burner cooktop, refrigerator/freezer, and exterior vented hood fan with LED lighting to name a few.

On a little downside, the model is now retired and no longer available for purchase. However, you can always persuade Handcrafted Movement to design a one-off piece for yourself. You may get lucky!

I am entirely amazed at the immense variation of TINY HOME designs and floorplans since focusing on “small dwelling spaces” and making a she shed. It turned into a mini home… Nothing like these in your presentation. Tinies are Live Living! …the new rage!

These tiny homes are absolutely amazing. My dream, but don’t have the property needed to have one.
Would like a catalog if you have them.
