The award-winning Valencian studio Mut Design has designed the GRILL furniture collection for Diabla. This series is distinguished by its linear, pure, and visually light language that blurs the limits of interior and exterior space. Its strong personality and aesthetics make it an artistic object.

A square aluminum tube makes up the structure of most of the pieces. Each piece comprises several square aluminum rods that create a geometric, clean, and simple design. This particular shape is utilized throughout the collection. The resulting pieces are as functional as decorative, along with an architectural nature and a unique structure of repetitive and fluid lines that form a framework inspired by traditional iron grills.‎

The series includes different seating elements and tables that allow for several possible combinations in order to cater to different spaces and environments. These furniture pieces are lightweight, easy to handle, and stackable.

Although these pieces are made for outdoors, they can also be used inside a house owing to their versatile design. The collection is presented in a wide range of colors offered by Diabla.

The first prototypes from the GRILL collection were created for the “A la Fresca” installation, unveiled at the Das Haus project at the IMM Cologne 2020.
