Minimaliste has always been a force to reckon with in the tiny house industry. The Quebec-based manufacturer has previously impressed us with its durable and well-thought-out tiny homes like Charme, Nomad, and Noyer XL. Riding on the success of past models, Minimaliste now introduces a 38.5-foot-long robust tiny house, an upgrade to the company’s Noyer XL.

Boasting a length extension of 3.5 feet, the upgraded Noyel XL makes more space to accommodate the spacious living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom on the main floor, and the existing loft. It isn’t a huge upgrade but is indeed a notable one in the realm of tiny houses.

Tailor-made to survive the harshest weather, the 2024 Noyer XL features horizontal cedar and vertical steel on its exterior. The interior is versatile and divided into different zones. However, this doesn’t imply that one has to compromise on open-space feeling. The 2024 Noyer XL layout is similar to its predecessor, comprising a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom on the main floor and a secondary bedroom in the loft.

As a visitor, you would gain access to the interior via a glass door that will welcome you to the kitchen. The kitchen features a cabinet, countertop, oven, propane-powered stove, microwave, refrigerator, and other nitty-gritty accessories. Compared to the Noyel XL, the dining area in the latest iteration has been replaced with an L-shaped breakfast bar with stools, which doubles as a work surface.

Near the kitchen is the elevated living room of the house. Minimaliste has raised the living room to add under-floor storage. The pull-out storage drawers come in handy in housing daily essentials. In addition to this marvelous feature, the 2024 Noyer XL living room has a sofa and an entertainment center. Encompassed with windows, the living room is bright, airy, and incredibly marvelous.

The micro-dwelling also features a long hallway hosting a laundry station (comprising a washer and dryer) on one side and a bathroom on the other. The snug bathroom has a flushing toilet, a vanity sink, and a glass-enclosed shower. At the end lies the bedroom of the mobile home.

Spacious enough to sleep two people, the bedroom can accommodate a double bed and features a closet. The upgraded Noyer XL tiny house by Minimaliste also has another bedroom in the loft section. Accessed via a storage-integrated staircase in the kitchen, the loft is ideal for accommodating kids. A little closet is handy for housing books and toys for your kids. There is no word on the price of the tiny house yet, but based on the price history of the Noyer series, we estimate it to cost well above $150,000.
