Will you pay 1 Million Yen (~$8,800) to gift your kitty a piece of tree-like pet furniture? Yes, the amount is actually more than the annual rent of a condo in Tokyo. Have a look at Neko cat tree that has been created by a Japanese company named RINN in collaboration with Tokyo-based product designer Yoh Komiyama.

RINN and Yoh designed this pet furniture to be a great private space for your cat and a great decorative object for home interiors. It is a made from wood bars sourced from Hida region of Japan, which is considered to be very difficult to work with.

If we talk about its design and shape, the cylindrical cat tree is beautifully crafted to offer glimpses of the cat through spaces provided between each wooden bar. This also allows ample natural sunlight inside the tower.

The cat tree has two levels and rotates on its axis to offer cats more fun. You can adjust its height as per your preference. It can also be opened like a door for easy maintenance.

The base is made from marble sourced from Greece to help regulate body temperature of the feline. The fabric used in the interior is sourced from Denmark, whereas the hemp rope used in the stand is sourced from Japan.

In brief, this modern yet traditional sculptural cat tree offers a private space, cozy sleeping spot, and a playhouse for your kitty, plus it is an awesome sculpture that adds design and functional value to the home interior.

Certainly buying it for 1 Million Yen is not at all a bad deal for wealthy cat lovers.
