Despite being small, a tiny house on wheels is such a big trend. I mean who doesn’t want a house that requires fewer materials to build, has a lesser footprint, and produces low emissions? Cashing on the trend are multiple tiny house manufacturers, building high-quality homes that offer both comfort and versatility. Ocoee tiny house by Wind River Tiny Homes is a tiny house that prioritizes both the aforementioned demands and caters to other needs for downsized living.

Measuring 30 feet long, the tiny house packs dual lofts with standing-height access, a fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom, and lots of storage inside its board and batten finish. Unlike the spacious Jen’s 34′ x 10′ model by MitchCraft tiny homes, the tiny house doesn’t feature a relatively large kitchen but utilizes extra space for walking purposes. I’ve always had the feeling that tiny houses are cramped and cluttered, but that is not the case with Ocoee, which is really roomy.

You can enter the home via fiberglass doors that allow plenty of sunlight and air to pass in. The doors open into a light-filled interior with numerous windows to it airy and capacious. The central living room features a sofa and a side table. On one end of the tiny house is an L-shaped kitchen featuring a butcher block countertop, sink, electric cooktop, oven, fridge, and a washer/dryer combo. The cabinetry and shelves come in customized colors.

At the other end of the kitchen is the bathroom which features a toilet, sink, and shower. If required, a tub can also be installed for an additional cost. Akin to many modern tiny houses, there are two lofts in Ocoee, one above the kitchen and the over the bathroom.

Storage-integrated staircases lead to the low-ceiling lofts. The loft above the bathroom has a king-size bed and the other includes a queen-size bed. With so many features in a compact yet spacious model including color customization both interior and exterior, the estimated price tag of $118,200 is totally worth it.
