Texas-based family-run firm Nomad Tiny Homes has unveiled yet another impressive and sophisticated tiny house on wheels. Dubbed Ranchette tiny house, the 32 feet long dwelling boasts a single-level layout and packs a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom in its attractive exterior. Pushing the boundaries of what we’re used to seeing in a tiny house, Nomad Tiny House has clad Ranchette’s exterior with wood and metal and adorned its interior with high-end furnishing and appliances.

Built on a double-axle trailer, the tiny house has been designed to accommodate two people, which is quite interesting considering modern-day makers try to lure people with multiple bedrooms and lofts. This certainly makes it clear that the philosophy behind building Ranchette’s tiny house was to attract couples.

Visitors first enter the living room of the house which is equipped with a sofa. A significant chunk of the micro-dwelling’s ground floor is occupied by the living room, which boasts a high ceiling. The living room is located at the center of the house and has a kitchen and bathroom on one side and a bedroom on the other.

The living room then joins into the kitchen, which has quite a bit of storage space, as well as a microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. Not to mention, cabinets and countertops offer plenty of prep space for the owners. Facing the countertop is the breakfast bar that can be utilized as a workspace as well.

At the far end of the home lies the bathroom, which looks pretty snug and contains a shower, sink, and a composting toilet. The tiny home sans a loft area, and rather incorporates a main-floor bedroom. Sleeping two people comfortably the bedroom comes encompassed by glazing that bathes the interior in natural light. As standard, the Ranchette tiny house gets its power from an RV-style hookup, though off-grid functionality can be added at extra cost.
