It’s been a decade since Tru Form Tiny stamped its authority in the tiny house industry. On the pretext of its 10th anniversary, the Oregon-based builder has unveiled the Urban Gable Park tiny house. This park model challenges conventional notions of compact living by delivering apartment-like comfort without compromising on the features.
Built on a quad-axle trailer, the tiny house measures 30 feet long and 11 feet wide. While its extra width demands permits for road transport, the design prioritizes stationary or semi-permanent placement, making it ideal for park settings or private land rather than frequent towing.
Similar to other models in its catalogue, Tru Form Tiny has finished the Urban Gable Park exterior in engineered wood. The structure is capped with a metal roof and accoutred with abundant glazing and double-pane low-E windows that allow nature to permeate the interior with air and natural light.
Luxury vinyl plank flooring runs throughout the interior, while accent lighting and USB outlets add modern convenience. Other features include a mini-split system that handles heating and cooling, a tankless on-demand water heater, and a 50-amp electrical hookup.
Visitors can access the interior via a full-light black fiberglass entry door that opens into the kitchen. The kitchen is quite spacious compared to other dwellings and features maple slab cabinets paired with premium finishes such as matte graphite countertops.
On the appliance front, the kitchen is equipped with a full-size induction cooktop, a large oven, a convection microwave, a full-size stainless-steel refrigerator with freezer drawers, and a dishwasher. Not to mention, ample storage and a central dining area.

Adjacent to the kitchen is an open living area with a full sofa, an entertainment center, and lounging. The tiny house features just one bedroom positioned on the back side. The bedroom features a high ceiling and is furnished with built-in maple cabinetry and wardrobe space. The bedroom offers direct access to a covered patio that serves as a personal terrace, complete with room for seating and a table.
On the opposite end of the bedroom is the bathroom. It comes equipped with a walk-in shower, a flushing toilet, a stacked washer-dryer combo, a custom maple vanity with a concrete vessel sink, terrazzo tile floors, and matte black fixtures. The Urban Gable Park tiny house is priced at $178,000. The maker is further open to customizing the dwelling for those who want to tailor finishes or features.
