Villa Lola is made of low-maintenance materials and is built by Reykjavik studio Arkís. The cabin sits on a concrete base and is clad on the exterior with larch-wood weathered to its nature grayish color, forming a natural weather protection. Wooden boards and concrete terrazzo are used for flooring the cabin. Inner walls of are surfaced with gypsum boards painted with eco-friendly paint. All the windows are of made of wood and are clad with aluminum on the exteriors.

The cabin has a home studio, living area with kitchenette, loft bedroom, and a bathroom on the first floor. You can also ask for an extra bed or baby bed.
