Built on a double-axle trailer, the 18 feet long tiny house by Pacific Tiny Homes grabbed my attention this morning. While the tiny house flaunts a TruWood composite wood lap siding exterior and boasts a Shiplap or Blue Pine interior siding of choice, it was the clever management of space that had me in awe.

Despite its small size, the Bay Cottage tiny house packs a living room, a kitchen, and a loft bedroom inside its gorgeous structure that could comfortably accommodate a family of three. The tiny house features a living room that is equipped with a wall-mounted 32-inch smart TV. Not to mention, the 4-in-1 Mini-Split (AC/Heating, dehumidifier, fan, and turbo function) that helps maintain an optimal temperature.

Then we have the IKEA queen-size sofa bed with storage (not in pictures) which can sleep one person with ease. In addition to basic features, an option of a chandelier or ceiling fan adorns the interior.

The kitchen is the most integral part of any home and the kitchen of the Bay Cottage tiny house comes accoutered with an IKEA countertop, sink with spring swivel faucet, and a range of appliances from refrigerator to two burner electric induction cooktop. For storage purposes, there are Hampton Bay cabinets that can house nitty-gritty essentials.

Adjacent is the stairs with closet/storage leading to the sole loft of the tiny house. Equipped with a mattress, the loft sleeps a couple of people.

Downstairs is the bathroom featuring a shower, flush toilet, sink, and faucet. It can be accessed via a barn door. Overall, the tiny house is elegant and functional and can be availed for $49,900.
