If you are tired of paying mortgage and utility bills, and find it equally hard to clean your home, the tiny house lifestyle is your savior. Over the past two decades, many people have shifted from their traditional homes to micro dwellings, and find the experience very uplifting. And why not, a tiny house offers you the comforts of a regular home and the freedom of a van life. Having said that today I bring to you Silver Slipper tiny house on wheels, a 12 feet long micro dwelling that is a minimalist abode for the new age generation.

Designed by Far Out Tiny Homes, a firm renowned for making Sands and Lady Luck tiny houses, the mobile measures 8.5 feet wide and packs a bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom inside its Mid-Century Modern exterior. Built on a single-axle trailer, the tiny house features vinyl cladding that adds elegance to the exterior, while a standing seam metal roof provides durability to the whole structure. Then we have white vinyl windows that bring in the natural light and keep the interior bright and laminating.

A 36-inch steel half-lighted entry door welcomes you inside the home. The interior comprises MDF Shiplap throughout, leaving the bathroom as an exception. We can also spot white-painted walls that contrast with the wooden laminate flooring. Moving on, the house features a kitchen that faces the bedroom of the house.

Speaking of the kitchen, it is equipped with a sink basin, drawer base, open-air upper shelves, a stainless steel above-mount sink with a pull-down spray faucet, and a butcher block countertop. I can also spot a microwave (as an upgrade) in the picture that comes alongside a range of appliances including a fridge, which is cleverly sneaked under the countertop, a removable induction cooktop, and electric heating and air conditioning.

Adjacent is the single bedroom, which I assume offers storage space as well. In addition, the bedroom is also outfitted with a few floating shelves that can be used to host decorative items. A closet incorporated into the wall stores shoes, clothes, and nitty-gritty essentials. Finally, we have the bathroom of the tiny house that includes a standard flush toilet, shower, and a wall-hung vanity sink with a faucet and mirror.

It’s amazing how the Nevada-based tiny house makers incorporate these many features in a compact dwelling. Available for $37,500, the Silver Slipper tiny house is available for purchase on the company’s website and is a complete steal in my opinion.
