Located about an hour’s drive away from Melbourne, near the center of Healesville, this tiny blue house is a perfect vacation retreat for those looking for privacy and comfort amidst natural surroundings. Currently, it is run by Ben Stanton and his sister Aimee under the name Tiny Stays. They have built their first off-grid tiny accommodation together with their builder father in Yarra Valley.
The tiny house looks pretty cool, decked in blue exteriors and is furnished with necessary essentials for a comfortable stay. There is a queen-sized bed, full kitchen with fridge and stove, toilet, hot shower, Bluetooth speaker, hammock, fire pit, plenty of books and board games to enjoy during the stay.
The interiors of the tiny house look absolutely stunning, with white walls and ceiling adding a minimalist charm to the house interiors. Another cool feature of the retreat are the large windows that bring the outdoor views inside. There is also a retractable awning for guests to enjoy some time outdoors.
Guests have full privacy and freedom to enjoy the surrounding nature and views, in the comfort of a solar-powered tiny house. The countryside location of the tiny house makes it ideal for nature lovers and also for small space living enthusiasts.
Booking for this vacation rental home starts at AUD $230 ($168) per night.
The brother-sister duo has plans to build more such tiny house rentals in the future.
