This ADU Mini 16 by Canadian builder Minimaliste has a lot to offer to its dwellers. Despite being the smallest unit in the company’s foundation series, it comes equipped with all the necessities that make this Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) perfect for rental or occasional use with utmost comfort and quality. Due to its compact size, this ADU takes up less space and can be adjusted anywhere in the backyard.
