US-based company Great Lakes Tiny Homes proudly presents its latest offering, the Sunset Studio tiny house. If you are seeking a personal cozy abode with your loved ones to spend quality time and create cherished memories, it can be a perfect choice. Measuring 12-foot-wide and 20-foot-long, the tiny house boasts a single large room with a kitchen and bathroom, and a porch. The 4-foot-long porch provides the perfect space to enjoy a serene sunset and tea sessions.

The roof is made up of metal with smart siding on the exterior. This tiny house has a minimalistic color scheme and a sober design. The front door opens from the porch and into the great room that welcomes you on the wooden floor. Two windows allow fresh air inside and a wooden finish adds an aesthetic feel to the interior. Sunset Studio also has an air conditioner above the bathroom door to keep the interior at pleasant temperatures.

The great room has an open-floor layout that features a pine kitchenette at the end, a bathroom on the side, and a giant open space to be used as you see fit. Thanks to the generous width of the house, the main living area can be divided into two sections, a bedroom and a living room.

This tiny house is very functional due to its capacious interior and a lot of sockets on the wall. If you are a writer, photographer, photo or video editor, it can be the right option for working from home.

The compact kitchen has a mini refrigerator, a microwave, a countertop, a stainless sink, and four under-counter and overhead cabinets. The Sunset Studio doesn’t provide a built-in cooktop. It means you can place an induction stove on the countertop and prepare delicious food. There is a window placed in the kitchen to keep it well-ventilated.

The right side of the kitchenette is dedicated to the bathroom. It contains a toilet, sink, and a glass shower stall. The Sunset Studio tiny house has a great space for a comfortable life and some of the appliances are provided by the Great Lakes Tiny Homes.

The company is providing a well-built studio home only for $50,000. If you are planning for a spacious tiny house somewhere in the USA. What is your opinion on this particular dwelling?

Hello Tracy, thanks for reading Homecrux. Actually, we are not a builder. We only write about tiny houses, with pricing ranging from $15,000 to $250K. The industry has currently become more accustomed to add luxury features, hence the spiking prices.
